Ive resolved the issue for ventrillo by talking to NFO & we can now connect .

Our DNS has changed as with the port number and password..

ventrillo : plc.vent.nfoservers.com

port : 26440

password : plcftw

Is this the old vent server, or a new one? If nobody is using the old one, then I can stop that subscription.

If this is the old one and it is fixed, awesome.
